(2) Love the profession of board secretary and be familiar with the work related to board secretary.

(3) The company has zero errors in information disclosure, and the management of investor relations is comprehensive and professional.

(4) Make important contributions to the company's compliant operation and establishment of a good reputation in the capital market.

(5) Agree with the development concept of the China Business Top 100 Forum and the Top 500 Enterprises, and actively participate in the projects and activities organized by the CBT 100 Forum.
