Selection criteria:

(1) Abide by laws and regulations, be honest and trustworthy, and have not been punished or taken regulatory measures by securities regulatory authorities and exchanges in the past three years.

(2) Major industrial upgrading, asset restructuring, refinancing, technological innovation and other projects have been completed in the past three years.

(3) Realize the continuous improvement of the company's performance and value through management, innovation, improvement of governance structure and capital operation.

(4) It has important reference significance for the management and operation of other listed companies.

(5) Agree with the development concept of the China Business Top 100 Forum and the Top 500 Enterprises, and actively participate in the projects and activities organized by the CBT 100 Forum.
